Greenbelt, MD...The Bozzuto Group won three top awards at the 50th Annual Monument Awards Gala held on Thursday, November 1, 2007 at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel. Sponsored by both the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association and the Maryland - National Capital Building Association, for nearly five decades these organizations have awarded area communities that represent the finest the building industry has to offer.
The Bozzuto Group was honored in three categories this year, Arbors at ArundelPreserve received the “Best Garden Style Rental Community” and Woodbrooke on Charles won for “Outstanding Feature in a New or Remodeled Home, Kitchen” and also received an honorable mention for the category of “Attached Housing $800,000-900,000.”
