TOM BOZZUTO NAMED "EXECUTIVE OF THE YEAR" 

Greenbelt , MD ... Tom Bozzuto, CEO of The Bozzuto Group, is the recipient of Multifamily Executive magazine's "Executive of the Year" award for 2005. One of the most prestigious honors in the industry, the award was presented at a special gala held October 16 at the Multifamily Executive Conference at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.

During the presentation, special mention was made of Tom's "demonstrated commitment to the multifamily industry, his reputation for creating a strong and respected company culture at The Bozzuto Group, and his company's success in both developing and managing multifamily communities."

"Tom Bozzuto is incredibly well respected by his multifamily colleagues for his business successes and his personal values," said Alison Rice, editor of the respected industry publication. "We are happy to honor him with this award."

This marks the tenth year that Multifamily Executive has presented the "Executive of the Year" honor. In addition to his recognition at the awards gala, Tom was also featured on the cover of the publication's October issue.
